COVID VISITATION GUIDELINES

Masks must be worn on any ECPS site.

Currently, under the district-wide COVID-19 guidelines, there is limited access to the building. Whenever possible schedule meetings prior to reporting to campus. If applicable meetings will be virtual or over the phone.

Drop-off items are limited to necessities. If lunch is forgotten, our students can get food via the cafeteria at no cost. Also, for any paper assignments, etc. that may have been forgotten at home, those can simply be sent electronically to your student or teacher. All other items may be placed at the table at the front entrance of the school-press the buzzer at the front entrance to give office personnel details in regards to the item(s) being left.

The District and campuses want to offer and create meaningful ways for parents and community members to be engaged and involved this school year. The safety of students, staff and visitors will guide the decisions about these opportunities considering the continued concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Student drop off and pick up is the student parking lot (second parking lot on the right off of highway 97).  Students are to report to the cafeteria upon arrival on campus. Any student arriving after the late bell, 8:15 a.m., must report to the office for a pass to class. Parent and/or guardian does not have to sign the student in. Students departing early (dismissal is 3:25 p.m.) may only be signed out by persons listed in PowerSchool-upon arriving on campus press the buzzer at the front entrance for further instruction.

Our campus is locked during the school day. Visitors should go to the main entrance and press the intercom button located near the front door. Designated campus personnel will identify the visitor and the purpose of the visit. Visitors may be asked to present a driver's license or state-issued ID. Once access is granted, visitors must check in with the front office. This will provide an added layer of protection to ensure our schools remain secure environments for students, staff and approved visitors.

It is very important that you bring your Driver's License or Government ID when you plan on entering the campus.

Thank you for your cooperation. We appreciate your support.
